My Experience in Bicycle Law

For over 20 years, Ken A. Rosskopf, P.C. has been devoted to representing bicyclists and the rest of the active community, injured through the negligence of others. The combination of my experience as an attorney and passion for cycling has naturally led to the creation of this unique practice.

I earned my B.A. in Economics and J.D. in law at the University of Southern California. Before beginning my practice in Georgia in 1986, I passed bar exams and practiced in California and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Since then, I have successfully represented hundreds of injured bicyclists– including clients like Bicycle Ride Across Georgia and the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition. In investigations, settlements, meditations and trials, my reputation and expertise have been established on client service and obtaining positive outcomes.

My association with trial attorney Bruce A. Hagen, one of Atlanta’s Super Lawyers, insures that clients will have the best representation from the time of the initial call through settlement or trial and judgment.
